We also ask that you furnish copies of the following documents in order to expedite the processing of your application:
- Most recent financial statements or tax return
- Accounts Receivable Listing
- Accounts Payable Listing
- Copy of standard documents used in the course of your business: contract, purchase order, or invoice and delivery ticket, bill of lading, timesheet or other evidence the good or service has been received by the customer.
- Corporate Documentation:
- Corporations: Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and any amendments.
- Partnership: Partnership Agreement and any amendments.
- LLC: Operating Agreement and any amendments.
- Copy of any fictitious name filings for trade names or DBA names.
- Copy of Insurance Certificate if applicable.
